Before buying from superior, my car burned down on a Sunday night. I spent a few days surfing different places for my next vehicle. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. They sold me a vehicle with a bad head gasket. The vehicle started over heating 2 days after leaving the dealership, and the check engine light came on 15 miles after leaving the dealership.it had bad sensors with the emissions. no warranty so they think 20 percent is fair

I bought my 2018 Chevy Silverado there they seem like nice people but all they did was screw me over and lied to me said I needed to have a warranty on the truck before I can be financed later on down through the wash after I made a payment on my vehicle I talked to the finance company and they said that they did not say that well I would call them a bunch of sorry sobs headlines that Tyler Gray he's one xxxx of a piece of xxxx and the finance lady she's not any any better ...

Had a repair done at Superior Chevrolet last September. Very good experience . Adam Pelkey was service adviser. So when I needed new tires and another repair, I called Adam. He was very helpful in explaining my options and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. Purchased 4 new tires (installed and balanced), front lower ball joints replaced, and alignment done. Once again, the service was great and delivered on time as promised.
Superior Chevrolet Conway processed our Electric Vehicle federal tax credit paperwork but we needed additional information for tax purposes. Tyler Gray, the General Manager, took our call. He made it an easy process for us. He quickly and thoroughly handled a situation for us that was making us very nervous after we heard that the deadline passed for dealers to submit these forms to the IRS. This wasn't his job area, yet he took responsibility for the issue, found the right person, and replied to us the next morning. We appreciated that so much!
