Evan was wonderful, and the service provided was exceptional, but I spent six hours there for an oil change, brakes and rotors. Far longer than expected (or in my opinion, should be expected). The cost is considerably more than going to a mom And pop shop. I spent $1619 - and that was discounted. I could have gotten the same services for about $950 up the road. Unfortunately, this may deter me from utilizing Superior for anything but oil changes going forward - not because I don’t appreciate the great service, but because costs are too high right now on everything. ... Friendly, courteous, and knowledgable technicians. They diagnosed the problem immediately, had the part on hand, and installed it--all in less than three hours. Before the repair, Michael the service rep, explained the diagnosis in words I understood. After the repair, the check engine light is still off and the truck is running smoothly. Very pleased!!

It was great. Had to waste gas, drive back and have them show how to change our driver display back to how it was after tech changed it. Also off topic: GM has a constant glitch in its info system since 2022 and it is ANNOYING

We had the best experience with the purchase of our 2026 Chevy Traverse. We search the state for the best purchase price, they by far had the lowest. Then when we did our financing the finance manager was very detailed and explained all the warranty coverage. I’ve never purchased a vehicle with so much ease. The biggest plus was the warranty coverage they offer with their vehicles. It is top tier! I will purchase from them again in the future. They are setting a standard for car buying. After having a horrible experience with a dealership in Little Rock (Gwatney) we started shopping online again. Found a car we really liked and sent a message about it. Victoria Blahnik answered us back almost immediately. She had us sitting at her desk within an hour, and we were leaving an hour after that very happy customers! 😊 She was so pleasant to work with and I would definitely recommend her to anyone shopping!!

I’m giving a 4 star review because we made an appointment for 10 am to have a recall done on our truck and at 2 pm they hadn’t even started it. I drove a 1 hour 20 minute trip twice that day to drop the truck off then to go back and get it only to be told I’d have to make the trip again once they got it done. We were only looking but found such a great deal, we decided to buy, even though we didn’t have our title to our trade in or any paperwork. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. They sold me a vehicle with a bad head gasket. The vehicle started over heating 2 days after leaving the dealership, and the check engine light came on 15 miles after leaving the dealership.it had bad sensors with the emissions. no warranty so they think 20 percent is fair
